Head of Finance (Part-Time)

Contract: Part-Time, approximately 3 days per week
Location: Enniskillen
Salary: Negotiable

We are seeking a senior finance professional to strengthen our financial systems, improve reporting, support decision-making, and provide strategic financial oversight to the Directors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the finance function, providing strategic financial leadership across the organisation.
  • Partner with Directors to support decision-making, business planning and long-term growth.
  • Produce insightful monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modelling.
  • Drive profitability analysis across services, locations, and business activities.
  • Strengthen financial controls, governance, compliance, and risk management processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement of finance systems, reporting and operational processes.
  • Manage and support finance administration, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and high standards of financial record-keeping.
  • Provide commercial insight into pricing, margins, costs, and investment opportunities.
  • Build effective relationships with external accountants, payroll providers, banks, insurers and other key stakeholders.

Essential Criteria

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior finance, financial control, or accounting role.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and risk management.
  • Experience working with directors or senior leadership teams.
  • Commercially minded with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in healthcare, professional services, or a regulated environment.
  • Experience in a growing SME or owner-managed business.
  • Experience of cross-border or multi-currency finance.

Clinic Administrator (Full-Time)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Enniskillen (with occasional travel to Galway; accommodation provided)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Negotiable

We are seeking an administrator focused on clinic operations, patient pathways, referrals, results, correspondence, clinician support and coordination. The successful candidate will be required to travel to our Galway clinic up to once a month (Tuesday–Friday/Saturday); accommodation provided.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient appointments, bookings, cancellations, and waiting lists to support efficient clinic operations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for patients, responding to telephone, email and online enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Manage referrals, patient pathways, and care coordination to ensure timely access to services.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update clinical systems in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
  • Coordinate diagnostic tests, results, clinical correspondence, and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with clinicians, hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare providers to support patient care.
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians, consultants, and the wider management team.
  • Assist with document management, data entry, reporting, and routine operational administration.
  • Contribute to a high-quality patient experience through efficient, accurate, and patient-focused administrative support.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare administration or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Professional, patient-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full clean driving licence is essential due to travel requirements.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience using electronic patient record systems and medical dictation software.
  • Experience coordinating appointments, referrals, results or consultant clinics.

Reception Administrator (Full-Time)

Contract: Full-Time, 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday), Permanent
Location: Enniskillen
Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

We are seeking a candidate to act as the first point of contact for patients attending Marble Arch Health, responsible for welcoming patients, supporting clinic flow, managing appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors, providing a professional, friendly, and compassionate reception service.
  • Coordinate clinic sessions and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-up arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is completed and updated appropriately.
  • Support clinicians by assisting with patient flow and clinic administration.
  • Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records in line with clinic procedures.
  • Respond to patient enquiries and provide clear, timely information and support.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including correspondence, data entry, filing, and record management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient, welcoming and patient-focused service.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a reception, administration, customer service, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Competent IT and administrative skills, including experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional, patient-focused approach with a commitment to confidentiality.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working in healthcare or a clinic environment.
  • Familiarity with patient management or appointment booking systems.
  • Experience handling payments, financial administration, or appointment-based services.

Healthcare Assistant (Part-Time)

Contract: Part-Time, 2 days per week (with potential to increase in line with service demand)
Location: Enniskillen
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support clinicians, patients and the wider clinic team in the delivery of high-quality services. The role involves assisting with patient flow, consultation and procedure preparation, basic observations, clinical room and equipment preparation, stock control, infection control, chaperone support and patient comfort.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care during consultations, examinations, and procedures.
  • Assist with patient preparation, admissions, discharges, and clinical observations within the scope of training and competence.
  • Prepare and maintain clinical rooms, procedure areas, equipment, and supplies to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic health systems.
  • Support patient flow by preparing rooms, equipment, and documentation and assisting patients throughout their visit.
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centred support, promoting dignity, comfort, and privacy at all times.
  • Act as a chaperone during examinations and procedures where trained and required.
  • Monitor stock levels, maintain clinical equipment, and report any issues affecting patient care or clinic operations.
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to ensure a safe, organised, and welcoming clinical environment.

Essential Criteria

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a healthcare or clinical support role.
  • Caring, professional, and patient-focused approach.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures, work effectively as part of a team, and use initiative appropriately.
  • Understanding of patient confidentiality and professional standards.
  • Willingness to undertake further training and professional development.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in women’s health, gynaecology, or outpatient clinic settings.
  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar clinic support role.
  • Experience acting as a chaperone and supporting clinical procedures.
  • Phlebotomy skills and experience.
